One trail, and the inspector reads it with you.

Every regulated act in Nuro is written as an entry in a chain that belongs to the record it is about. The application cannot edit an entry, only append one. That is what 21 CFR Part 11 asks for, and it is also what makes an inspection a conversation rather than a reconstruction.

Sequenced

Every entry carries the number after the one before it. A gap is a finding, not a mystery.

Signed

A release or a review is a signature with its meaning captured and the password presented again, as 21 CFR 11.200 asks.

Verified on every read

The chain is recomputed each time it is opened. The page says whether it holds, and where it broke if it does not.

Integrations that carry their own proof.

A probe reading, a carrier scan and a prescription each arrive through a signed webhook and are recorded before anything acts on them. When a vendor cannot say, Nuro records that it could not, rather than guessing.
